The Client : Dow Jones & The Wall Street Journal

The Brief: To train, coach and mentor forty senior executive women in a bespoke leadership program to give them the skills they need for the most senior management roles in the Dow Jones C-Suite via a 12 month training program named, IGNITE.

Deliverables: Full group training in New York City. Cohort group coaching, 1:1coaching F2F and remote. Off site educational resources - reading, tasks and exercises.

Cohort: Gathered via application and interview process: senior journalists, creatives, IT, digital, HR across all company departments and sectors around the world.

Over view: Using a range of leadership models and business coaching techniques - IGNITE coaching delivered practical, results-driven and actionable training. Focused sessions - self awareness building, vulnerability, conflict resolution, communication and crisis management. Large group trainings in leadership, confidence and negotiations.

Training settings: London and New York alongside my London-based colleague Fiona Buckland, Visiting Professor of Executive Coaching at Birkbeck College, London University.

Results: Increased confidence and exemplary leadership skills for increasingly connected women emboldened to realize their full career potential.
